As the leading national employment tax firm, over the past 10 years ETS has witnessed the degeneration of the consultative and thorough approach once equated with Unemployment Cost Control industry standards. Our president, Jeff Aleixo, identified a need and began an employment tax consulting firm with UCM service. ETS has since become the leading employment tax consulting firm in the US.

Unemployment Claims Management has been a central focus for ETS since 1999. Our management has experience going back thirty years in the industry, giving our clients the benefit of collective knowledge of all industry nuances.

Over the years, UCM options available to the employer have been reduced by consolidation in this industry. ETS made the decision to invest in a proactive UCM offering that would not only be on par with UCM administration quality of the past, but also exceed it by taking significant advantage of the current technologies, combined with our experience and consultative approach. ETS has spent the last four years developing our unique UCM product,  designed to optimally assist our clients in controlling their costs. We have created an Unemployment Cost Management offering that has brought accountability back into the process and turned a reactive process to a proactive one. With the introduction of our UCM services, we are excited to usher in a new era of national claims and hearing administration.

We actively solicit our clients’ involvement in helping us fight proposed legislation that may adversely affect the employer community. Our efforts also include an active partnership with UWC, a legislative lobbying group in Washington, D.C.

In addition, as a member of A.U.T.O., the Association of Unemployment Tax Organizations, ETS has agreed to operate in accordance with A.U.T.O's by-laws. These by-laws mandate cooperation between all Unemployment Outsource companies, facilitating the transition of clients between unemployment vendors.
